OCR应用:python开发表格批量识别小应用记录

基于paddleOCR和PySimplegui等包实现文档批量识别汇总到excel,基于QPT打包

由于上万份文档需要进行批量ocr录入excel,需要“敏捷开发”一个批量ocr程序,在这样的背景下,计划10天完成exe程序的开发到使用,时间紧任务重,不过好在完成了。

OCR模型的选择

时间紧任务重的情况下,现有的生产级模型就是考虑的重点,主要看github排行比较高的ocr模型,排名第一的是paddleocr,是飞桨的开源ocr模型之一,进一步了解,飞桨还有paddlehub这样的工业级ocr可以用,为了ocr程序的稳定性,我先对paddlehub的ocr模块进行了尝试,结果hub的ocr在对表格识别时,会将单元格间的竖线识别为“1”或者“|”,这只是问题其一;另一个是同一个单元格内的换行文字无法识别为整体,多行分为了不同的string,这导致后期excel归类的时候的工作复杂度增加。

不得已舍弃paddlehub,转而进行paddleocr的实验。结果惊人地好,类似字符串身份证号码|xxxxxxxxxxxxxx这样的相邻单元格字符串,它也能联合识别,并且没有将竖线记录到string中,在同一个单元格中的不同行长字符串也能联合识别为单个字符串了。这就很诧异,同一个公司的产品,怎么识别效果差别这么大。。。

构造识别函数

这部分简单,由于模型已经是现成的,根据要求自己设置需要的参数就行了。

返回的结果是每个字符串用list保存,并带有字符串所在的图上坐标。信息归类的关键点就是在于图上坐标的运用。

构建信息分类函数

首先要创建一个csv文件用以保存,提前定义好表头,以及空字典以存放归类的信息:

然后推荐用os包的神器os.walk(),walk函数非常厉害,可以搜索指定路径下所有文件夹和文件,然后根据命名规则进行划分归类:

上面这段代码就用了上文所说的坐标定位,根据定位信息可以将其归类到字典中,这样的判别根据你所要识别的表的内容信息多少,就做多少判别,我这里做了十来个判别,也就是最后csv上会有十来列。每个判别基本都差不多,根据所识别内容的偏移微调罢了。

基于PySimpleGui的界面编写

这个GUI包对界面编写困难人士非常友好,我之前花了大量时间钻研Pyqt5,但由于这个包的开源协议和开发流程过于复杂,遂弃用。原本想让同事帮忙用C++写个界面了,后来偶然看到了这个GUI包,大为震惊,真对我这种菜鸡太友好了。

具体的simlegui文档我这里不赘述,整个ocr函数的参数,只有CSV文件的路径需要处理的文件所在文件夹地址,因此主要用textinput方法,文件夹选用则使用FolderBrowse方法,文件选用使用FileBrowse方法,整体gui的layout布局如下:

simplegui的运行是以无限循环作为运行逻辑,通过判断获取的key值进行不同函数的执行。

这里为了丰富功能的使用,我还单独创建了单个图片识别的函数,大同小异,用批量的版本修改一下就好了。还添加了规则识别,就是根据甲方指定的命名规则进行固定名字或固定名字规则的识别。

代码超级长是不是🤣🤣🤣🤣,主要还是判别式比较多,并且尽管paddle的模型做的正确率非常高了,但是还是有一些识别瑕疵,比如有些生僻地名中出现了生僻字,paddle识别不出来情有可原,这里利用判别以后字符串替换就好了,同样如果出现其他问题,就多做几次判断,实际运行时间一个文档的识别是非常快的,大概10s就能全部信息归类一张图片了,因此判别还是能省掉不少的后期处理时间。

QPT打包

这个部分要感谢大佬提供的深度学习开源打包工具,QPT已经被paddle官方论坛用为打包程序的示例,我开始利用pyinstaller打包时各种环境问题,到了qpt基本就只剩几个小环境问题,虽然有nuikta这种强力的打包,但是用惯了pyinstaller的我,搜到的解决方案只看到QPT起作用,为了节省时间,还是直接使用了现有方案,建议读者后期有空还是要看下nuikta。我计划也是后面要看下这玩意。

话说回来,其实QPT打包也是十分简单,在示例中就已经很简洁的给出了打包代码,我们只需要根据要求进行调整就行。

这里还是存在两个问题。

一个是环境没有打包全的问题,在路径C:\Users\jerry\.paddleocr\whl下的paddleocr中文识别包并没有被qpt打包进环境,在新的计算机下配置时,还是需要手动将该环境移植过去。不过这个解决也很简单,利用命令行的语法做一个.bat文件其实能够很容易解决。但是其实这个工具开发出来是给自己人使用,我就没有做这玩意(主要我自己也不会bat语言😂😂)

另一个问题就是,在尝试给程序定义一个自定义图标时,将参数设定好了,最后打包出来的程序也没带,不知道是我设置有问题还是qpt本身的问题,不过反正同样的理由,也是给自己人用,图标不图标的也就无所谓了。

最后打包好的程序带有两个文件夹,这个作者在介绍中也写了。程序运行的样子:

这里为了方便查看运行的结果,我还加了一个output控件,为了获取输出的print()内容。

总结

到这里这个敏捷开发的任务就算结束了。时间全场只用了一周不到,主要得益于paddleocr的强大识别模型,以及qpt开源打包的强大。程序后期有需要的话,可以在评论区留言或者直接邮箱mail我,我可以打包到百度云发给需要的人。代码计划后期有空我会整理放到github。
